What I collect and why
When you request the White Paper or the FIT 4 SAP questionnaire, I collect your name and email address. I use them for one thing: sending you what you asked for, and replying if you then contact me.
For the questionnaire, the lawful basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract. For the White Paper, it is my legitimate interest in sending you a document you requested.
I do not add you to a mailing list, send newsletters or follow-ups, or use your details for marketing.
Who else handles your data
I use a small number of trusted services to run this website:
Kit (ConvertKit), which delivers the White Paper and questionnaire by email. Kit is based in the United States. Transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards under UK data protection law.
GoDaddy, which hosts this website and may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security.
I never sell or share your data with anyone else, unless the law requires it.
How long I keep it
I keep your name and email as long as the law requires for business and tax purposes.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. WordPress and the email forms may set small technical cookies needed for the site to work.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data I hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or receive a copy. Email info@notiegeneration.com and I will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how I handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. I would appreciate the chance to fix it first.
